Exchange Policy

Returning Items for Exchange

You can exchange items purchased on our online store at any totoo.co.uk outlet, or by contacting customer service to arrange a courier return.

Exchange Conditions:

totoo.co.uk allows exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • You submit an exchange request (via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Your request clearly states the reason for exchange.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The original invoice for the item is included in the return package.
  • The item is free of odors, perfumes, stains, or any indication of use.

Sale Items and Price Adjustments:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • If a previously full-priced item goes on sale after your purchase, the exchange will be processed at the sale price.
  • totoo.co.uk reserves the sole discretion to accept or deny exchange requests.

Exchange Notification:

Upon approval of your exchange request, you will be notified by our customer service team.

International Orders:

This exchange policy currently applies only to orders shipped within [Country].

Refunds:

totoo.co.uk adheres to a strict "No Refund" policy. Cash refunds are not available. This exchange policy applies only to orders that have been placed, received by the customer, and for which payment has been processed.

Damaged Items and Claims:

Exchanges for damaged items will be allowed if the received item has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong size, or is the wrong item altogether. You must report any such issues within 2 business days of receiving the parcel (via phone, message, or email). Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, issue a store credit coupon for the same value, valid only for online purchases at totoo.co.uk.

Processing Timeline:

Please allow one week for processing of damage and exchange claims.
